About Us
Comprehensive Neurological Care, Centered on You.
We focus on caring for the whole person, not just the diagnosis
At Premier Neurology in Greenville, SC, we believe successful neurological care begins with seeing each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. Led by Dr. Mary Hughes, a recognized expert in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and neurological care, our team is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate care that addresses both the medical and human sides of every condition.
Our practice combines expertise with a full-service, integrative approach—offering everything from neurological evaluations and MS care to an on-site lifestyle infusion, in-office EEG testing, acupuncture, and a dedicated neurological assessment center. By bringing all of these services together, we’re able to provide coordinated care that supports your physical, emotional, and neurological well-being.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, seeking a second opinion, or looking for a long-term partner in your neurological health, our team is here to listen, guide, and care. We’re not just experts in neurology—we’re advocates for you and your quality of life.
